Data controller
Augmented Reality Technology AG (ART AG), Via Cantonale 13, 6900 Lugano (TI), Switzerland. Contact: info@artholding.ch.
Data processed
The site has no contact forms, accounts or login: we collect no data you provide to us directly. The delivery infrastructure (hosting and CDN) may record temporary technical logs of the IP address and user agent, for security and correct operation of the service. Legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 31 revDSG / art. 6 GDPR). These logs are kept for a limited time and are not used for profiling.
Cookies and local storage
For visit statistics we use Google Analytics 4 only with your consent, requested by a banner on your first visit. If you accept, GA sets measurement cookies (_ga, _ga_*) with anonymised IP; if you choose 'Only necessary' (or until you decide), GA stays in 'Consent Mode' denied and sets no cookies. We use no advertising cookies or profiling. Your choice is stored in localStorage (key «codex-consent») and you can change it by clearing the site's data. The only other saved preference is the light/dark theme («codex-theme»): it stays on your device and is not a cookie.
Third-party services
Typefaces are hosted directly by the site (self-hosted): the browser does not contact external servers for fonts. Images and the documents shown are served from a CDN (Cloudflare R2). For visit statistics we use Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.), in cookieless mode unless you consent; aggregated data may also be processed by Google in the USA. No social plugin is embedded.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of data concerning you, and object to processing, by writing to info@artholding.ch. You also have the right to contact the competent authority (in Switzerland: the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner, FDPIC).
Applicable law
Processing is governed by the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revDSG/nFADP). For visitors from the European Union, the principles of the GDPR apply where relevant.
